The next phase of construction for PennDOT’s roundabout project in Upper St. Clair begins the week of March 8, 2021 at the intersection of McLaughlin Run, Lesnett and McMillan roads. 

Upper St. Clair drivers can expect single lane restrictions between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. during weekdays. Construction will include the widening of existing roadway and the installation of temporary signals. 

This upcoming phase of construction is expected to last until April 2, 2021, weather permitting. The roundabout project is scheduled to fully conclude on Sept. 30, 2022.
