At a Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Upper St. Clair, held on Monday, February 1, 2021, the following Ordinances were adopted in accordance with Section C-504 of the Code of the Township. The titles of the adopted Ordinances are shown herein. ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER ST. CLAIR, A HOME RULE MUNICIPALITY OF THE COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA.
Authorizing the Amendment of Chapter 57, of the Code of Township, Entitled, “Fees.”
Authorizing the Incurring of Nonelectoral Debt by the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed Thirty Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($37,500,000.00); Covenanting to Pay, and Pledging the Unlimited Taxing Power of the Local Government Unit for the Payment of, the Bonds; Establishing a Sinking Fund and Appropriating a Sinking Fund Depository; Fixing the Form, Maximum Interest Rates, Maturity Dates. Redemption and Other Provisions for the Payment Thereof; Authorizing the Acceptance of a Proposal for the Purchase of the Bonds; Authorizing the Filing of Required Documents with the Department of Community and Economic Development; Ratifying and Directing Certain Actions of Officers; and Making Certain Other Covenants and Provisions with Respect to the Bonds.
