At a Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Upper St. Clair, held on Monday, December 5, 2022, the following Ordinances were adopted in accordance with Section C-504 of the Code of the Township.  The titles of the adopted Ordinances are shown herein.  Copies of the full texts of the Ordinances are on file and may be viewed at the Office of the Township Manager, Township Municipal Building, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA  15241.

Ordinance 2243
Amending Chapter 130 of the Township Code (“Zoning”) to Add Standards and Criteria for Distilleries and Breweries in the RM – Restricted Light Industrial District and to Add Landscaping Requirements for Private Recreational Structures in the R1 – Single Family Residential District.

Amending Chapter 9 of the Code of the Township Entitled, “WARDS”.

Appropriating Specific Sums Estimated to be Required for the Specific Purposes of the Township Government, Hereinafter Set Forth, During the Year 2023.

Amending Chapter 21 of the Township Code Entitled “Departments of Government” to Establish the Responsibilities of the Department of Fire Protection Under the Direction of Township Fire Chief.

Adopting a Schedule of Attorney Fees in Connection with the Collection of Taxes, Tax Claims, Tax Liens, Municipal Claims, and Municipal Liens Pursuant to Act 1 of 1996 and Act 20 of 2003 and Adopting a Schedule of Charges, Expenses and Fees Pursuant to the Act of May 16, 1923, As Amended, 53 P.S. §§7101, 7103, and 7106, Which Ordinance Repeals any other Ordinances Inconsistent Herewith Relating to a Schedule of Attorney Fees Pursuant to Act 1 of 1996 or Act 20 of 2003.
