The Township of Upper St. Clair is a Home Rule Community and operates under the Commissioner/Manager form of government. There are seven elected Commissioners. The Manager, Attorney and Engineer are appointed professionals. The Board of Commissioners meets the first Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend and speak on any subject.
