Appointed Boards & Commissions
In addition to the elected Board of Commissioners, the Township has seven appointed Boards or Commissions, comprised of Upper St. Clair residents, which specialize in selected areas of municipal government and serve as advisors. More than 150 meetings and hearings are held annually by the various Boards and Commissions in accordance with their assigned duties and responsibilities.

To serve on a board or commission, complete a Talent Bank Form which is available from the Township Manager's Office. In the event of a vacancy on a board or commission, the talent bank forms identify residents who are interested in volunteering their time and expertise.
