A day of Outdoor Play!
On Saturday, May 15, Upper St. Clair families are encouraged to get out and enjoy the great outdoors.
- Upper St. Clair's three-hole golf course will be free to play from 8 a.m. to dusk. Golfers must check in at the Tennis & Golf Administration Building upon arrival.
- Group exercise classes at the Community & Recreation Center will be free for members and Upper St. Clair residents. Participants must reserve their spot online in advance. (link to group exercise registration)
- Take part in the "Drawing Tree" at the Municipal Park, by the Upper St. Clair Library. Park patrons are encouraged to use provided materials to create a piece of artwork to leave on the tree.
- Tag your photos with #ADayofOutdoorPlay to share with the community.

2016 PARKS AND RECREATION PLANRecreation in the Township of Upper St. Clair is community-centered. Residents are an integral component of the Township’s current and future recreation livelihood - from formal community leagues to tennis courts to neighbors organizing an evening stroll at Boyce Mayview Park. As part of the community’s on-going planning efforts and its recognition of evolving recreation patterns, this summary represents the Township’s collaborative enthusiasm toward park and recreation planning initiatives. The Township recognizes the importance of maintaining up-to-date recreational amenities and improving site amenities.
The development of this companion document to the Township of Upper St. Clair’s Comprehensive Plan represents feedback and participation of the Township Elected Officials, Township Staff, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, community organizations and the evaluation of survey responses from nearly 2,000 households in the community.
