Upper St. Clair Library Named ACLA Library of the Week

The Upper St. Clair Library was named the Allegheny County Library Association’s (ACLA) Library of the Week on Friday.

"I am excited for this distinction from ACLA," said Director of the Upper St. Clair Library Chris Gmiter. "We do our best to provide our residents and patrons in the area with excellent service, and it is meaningful to be recognized on this scale. Libraries serve as anchors at the heart of every community, and we are happy to serve Upper St. Clair, surrounding communities and anyone else who visits. We thank everyone for their patronage and support."

The USC Library is one of 46 independent public libraries in the county, has over 10,300 cardholders, has had over 75,000 visits by patrons and has featured 690 live programs.

The USC Library welcomes all visitors, and if you would like to get involved, check out the Library’s program calendar here.
