The Board of Commissioners presented a proclamation recognizing the attainment of the Eagle Scout rank by Jude Pagliai, of Boy Scout Troop 228. Commissioner Ronald J. Pardini presented the proclamation. 

Jude's Eagle Scout project involved making improvements to the South Park Children's Theatre which involved installing solar lighting at the back of the outdoor stage, building and staining two new picnic tables witch attached benches, building two additional multipurpose use benches, adding two planters to the theater annex area, and general cleanup and weeding of the grounds. 

Commissioner Pardini congratulated Jude and assured him that the skills and leadership he earned through scouting will "carry him all through life". 

Jude is a junior at Upper St. Clair High School.
