PA American Water: May 25 Project Will Affect Some Upper St. Clair Customers
Pennsylvania American Water crews will perform system improvements on Painters Run Road, Bower Hill Road, Borland Road, Worcester Drive, Berkwood Drive, Pierina Drive, Salvini Drive, Brookfield Road, Bartola Street, Spinner Fields Drive, Elmbrook Lane, Rockfield Road, Twin Oaks Road, Rockhill Road, Spring Hill Court, Spring Valley Road, Woodcliff Circle, Sunnydale Road, Canadium Road, Gamble Street, Wittas Drive, Thompson Street, Montgomery Ave, Main Street, Park Ally, Davis Street, Oak Alley, Hover Street, Roosevelt Street, Knox Street, Klein Way, Hughes Street, Neville Street, Kane Boulevard, Borland Road, Sillview Drive, Shire Lane, Bonvue Drive, Norsen Drive, Byrnwick Drive, Thornwick Drive, Lochlin Drive, Somerville Drive, Bethany Drive, Robb Hollow Road, McMillan Road, Cedar Boulevard, Bird Park Drive, Hartle Lane, Beadling Road, Coventry Lane, Lindendale Drive and Crescent Drive in Upper St Clair, Mount Lebanon, Scott Township and Bridgeville. Weather permitting, the project will start on May 25 at approximately 8 a.m. and will be completed by approximately 11:45 p.m.
When water service is restored, customers may experience discolored water. If your water is discolored, run the cold water taps only, at the lowest level of the house for about 3 to 5 minutes until the water runs clear. You will not receive any further notification unless additional action is required or conditions change.
To ease inconvenience, water tankers are available in the Beran Church parking lot, 300 Rockfield Circle in Scott Township and the Mt. Lebanon Public Works yard at 1250 Lindendale Drive. Customers are asked to bring their own containers when visiting a tanker for drinking water.
