Motorists in Upper St. Clair should be aware of possible traffic delays along Route 19 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays. 

According to PennDOT, the contractor for the Route 19 improvement project is currently working on sawing and sealing the roadway. The contractor plans to continue construction through the winter, weather permitting, in an effort to complete the project by the end of May 2022. 

A. Folino Construction, Inc. is the prime contractor $7.27 million PennDOT Route 19 improvement project between McMurray Road/McLaughlin Run Road in Upper St. Clair and Connor Road/Gilkinson Road in Mt. Lebanon. The project includes milling and paving, concrete rehabilitation, bridge preservation, drainage and guide rail upgrades, ADA curb ramp and sidwalk improvements, signal updates and sign and pavement making installation.
