Trash and recycling collection will be delayed one day for the weeks of Dec. 25, 2023, and Jan. 1, 2024, due to the holidays.

If your normal collection day is Wednesday, it will be moved to Thursday, Dec. 28 and Thursday, Jan. 4. If your normal collection day is Thursday, it will be moved to Friday, Dec. 29 and Friday, Jan. 5. 

 

During the month of January, Christmas trees can either be dropped off at the small parking lot on Truxton Drive, across from the Public Works Building, or placed beside your trash can on your trash pickup day.  Trees taller than four feet should be cut in half.
