Pool Parties

• Pool parties are offered on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings as well as Saturday afternoons
• Party pricing includes a 2-hour rental and admission for up to 20 children. If attendance exceeds 20 children, an additional fee of $15 per child will be charged. We CANNOT exceed 23 children
• Each Aquatic Room has a maximum capacity of 30 people, including adults and children
• Pool parties are limited to the indoor leisure pool only; access to the outdoor pool, lap lanes, hot tub, gymnasium, and fitness areas are not included
• The rental fee plus the $100 security deposit is due in full seven (7) days after booking
• Renters and their guests are required to follow the C&RC Note & Float Policy. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of your security deposit and/or immediate termination of your rental

Note & Float Policy 

(Required for All Pool Party Rentals)

All pool party participants, including facility members, must check in and register with the Facility Rentals staff prior to entering the pool area.

Children who are less than 48 inches tall must:

• Wear a clearly identifiable wristband 
• Wear a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)-approved life jacket while in the water, regardless of depth (Life jackets are available from the C&RC if needed)
• Remain within arm’s reach of a parent or guardian (18 years of age or older) when in water deeper than 24 inches; If the parent/guardian is not within arm’s reach, then the child must remain in water 24 inches deep or less

Lifeguards have full authority to enforce rules and remove non-compliant guests.

American Red Cross Competency Swim Test
Children under 48 inches tall who successfully complete the American Red Cross Competency Swim Test may opt out of wearing a life jacket; however, they must still remain within arm’s reach of a parent/guardian.

Swim Test Requirements 

• Step or jump into water over their head
• Return to the surface and float or tread water for one minute without:
  • Submerging their head
  • Grabbing the wall
• Swim 25 yards (one pool length) using:
  • Front crawl or back crawl
  • Face/head remaining above water
  • Flutter kick only (no bent knees or bicycling kick)
  • Over-arm recovery
• Exit the water unassisted without using the ladder
