Yes, a refundable security deposit of $100 per room is required.
No, the rental includes only the spaces expressly booked in the rental contract. No access to other facility amenities are available to party guests.
Yes, food and drinks are permitted in all room rentals. We ask that all parties do not bring their food/drink into the pool area. No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
All rentals include a Party Greeter, access to the requested rooms as well as any amenities specified in the contract. All paper products, food, serving utensils, etc. shall be provided by the renter.

Facility Rentals Code of Conduct
The Township of Upper St. Clair is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all. Renters and their guests are expected to always conduct themselves in a courteous and responsible manner.
The renter is responsible for the behavior and supervision of all guests and participants and must ensure compliance with all facility rules, rental policies, and staff instructions.
Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with facility policies or staff direction may result in immediate termination of the event, forfeiture of the rental deposit, and/or additional fees as applicable.
