Community Room Rentals
- The community room consists of three sections. With tables and chairs in place, each section comfortably holds 40 individuals for a social event and 25 individuals for a classroom-style event. Rooms may be combined to create a larger rental space.
- Party pricing is per hour for the event time only; one hour for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up is then included at no additional cost.
- No alcohol is permitted.
- Rentals are limited to the community rooms only; access to the aquatic or fitness facilities are not included.
- Audio-visual resources and pantry access is available upon request for an additional fee.
- The rental fee plus the $100 security deposit is due in full seven (7) days after booking.
