Library Resources for Parents & Children
Check out some of the other resources Upper St. Clair Township Library has to offer!
Birthday Bags
Turning one? Get a Birthday Bag from your friends at Upper St. Clair Township Library! Birthday Bags are our special treat for our youngest patrons and their parents. Bags are available while supplies last. This project was fully supported by a grant from the Allegheny County Library Association. Birthday Bags are meant to celebrate a child's first birthday on or around their birthdate. If a child has turned one within the last 3 months, they are welcome to a bag! This is an ongoing gift program that will end when all of the bags have been given out.
RAD Pass The RAD Pass provides Allegheny County residents ages 18 and up with access to free or discounted passes to cultural attractions in our region with a library card from any Allegheny County library. This program is made possible with generous support from the Allegheny Regional Asset District, Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, Kelly-Strayhorn Theater, New Hazlett Theater, Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Pittsburgh Opera, and Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
Cruise Into Kindergarten
Cruise into Kindergarten is a statewide early literacy initiative developed by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries and the PA Department of Education.

It features over 30,000 high-quality, free, supplemental reading activities and resources aligned with favorite and frequently read children's books that teachers, families and community partners turn to every day.
