The Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) has shared an in-person workshop and two online webinar opportunities for community members who would like to learn more about composting. 

According to the PRC, nearly one-quarter of waste stream is compostable including fruits, vegetables, crushed eggshells, and shredded paper.  Fall leaves provide some of the best raw materials for composting.

Registration Information for the In-Person Workshop scheduled for Wednesday, November 2^nd at 6pm at the PRC Education Center in Pittsburgh and the online webinars scheduled for Thursday, October 27^th and Wednesday, November 16^th at 6pm can be accessed online.
