West Penn Power is communicating a planned outage to upgrade facilities in the vicinity of Williamsburg Circle.

The outage is scheduled to start at 9AM on Tuesday, August 9th and planned to conclude by 1PM. The 13 affected customers are being notified by a phone call. A rain date is set for Wednesday, August 10th at the same time.
