West Penn Power is communicating a planned outage in the vicinity of Salem Drive involving 13 customers.

The outage is scheduled to start at 7AM and planned to conclude by 3PM.   The affected customers are being notified by a phone call.  A rain date is set for Thursday July 28 at the same time.
