Trash pickup in Upper St. Clair will be delayed one day during the week of July 4 due to Independence Day. Residents who have their trash picked up on Wednesdays will move to Thursday, July 7 and residents who have their trash picked up on Thursdays will move to Friday, July 8. 

Township offices and the library will be closed on Monday, July 4.  Township offices will reopen Tuesday, July 5 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and phones are answered until 4:00 p.m. Library hours for the remainder of the week are available online.

The Community & Recreation Center's  outdoor pool will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the indoor facility will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  No group exercise classes will be available on Independence Day.   Visit the Hours & Reservations page to access their schedule for the remainder of the week.
