This past weekend's leaf recycling collection in Upper St. Clair was incomplete due to equipment breakdowns of Waste Management's vehicles. The Department of Public Works is coordinating with Waste Management to get all leaves recovered this week. Please keep your leaves out at the curb so they may be recovered.
