All are welcome to Upper St. Clair's Annual Veterans Day Observance. The ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11 at the Upper St. Clair Veterans Park. 

Musicians from the Upper St. Clair School District will be on hand and Devlin Robinson, 37th State Senatorial District, United States Marine Corps Veteran will be the keynote speaker.
