Newly Appointed Upper St. Clair Commissioner Sworn In

On April 5, 2021, the Honorable Ronald A. Arnoni officiated the swearing-in of appointed Commissioner Todd D. Burlingame.

Commissioner Burlingame will serve the remainder of 2021 following Commissioner Rex A. Waller's resignation on March 2, 2021. A special election to fulfill the remainder of the term (Jan. 3, 2022-Jan. 1, 2024) will be scheduled.

Commissioner Burlingame has lived in Upper St. Clair with his wife, Liza, and their three children (Ava, Maya and Josh) for more than 10 years. He works for NVR and has served on the Township of Upper St. Clair's Planning Commission for eight years.

After being born and raised in Buffalo, and living in northern Virginia, Nashville and Charlotte, Commissioner Burlingame says Upper St. Clair ranks at the top and is truly "a great place to live and raise kids."
