Zoning Hearing Board Meeting, Thursday, April 25, 2024

The Zoning Hearing Board of the Township of Upper St. Clair will hold its rescheduled regular meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM or shortly thereafter, in the Township Municipal Building Board of Commissioners Meeting Room, located at 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA  15241, on the following:

ZHB24-0001 – Application by David R. & Deborah L. Stevenson under the provisions of Section 130.8.3.1.6.3.2. – Variance for rear yard requirement for shed location
 The property is located at 1231 Rolling Meadow Road, Zoned R1, Single Family Residential District.      


A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Township’s Planning & Community Development Office, located at the address above, between 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. 

All persons wishing to be heard should appear at the above designated place at the time specified.

Granting Unified Conditional Use/Preliminary and Final Land Development Approval to St. Clair Country Club Located at 2600 Washington Road, Lot/Block 478-G-110, Subject to Certain Conditions.

Ordinance 2261

Granting Preliminary and Final Subdivision Approval for the McMurray Road Subdivision Plan, creating a Four-Lot Subdivision, Located at 287 McMurray Road, Block/Lot 569-L-274 Subject to Certain Conditions.

Ordinance 2262

Authorizing the Incurring of Nonelectoral Debt by the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds in an Aggregate Principal Amount not to exceed Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000.00); Covenanting to Pay, and Pledging the Unlimited Taxing Power of the Local Government Unit for the Payment of, the Bonds; Establishing a Sinking Fund and Appointing a Sinking Fund Depository; Fixing the Form, Maximum Interest Rates, Maturity Dates.
