The Parks and Recreation Board acts in an advisory capacity and makes recommendations to the Board of Commissioners. The Board meets at 7:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Community & Recreation Center, 1551 Mayview Rd., Upper St. Clair 15241.
Board members are full-time residents and qualified electors of the Township of Upper St. Clair. Members are appointed by the Board of Commissioners to serve for a 3-year term.
