Introduction to Strength Program
Our introduction to strength program provides an introduction to strength training and weightlifting etiquette. This complimentary service is highly recommended for individuals ages 14-15, or to those who are new to lifting. The orientation is conducted by a member of our personal training staff, click here to set up your complimentary session.
New Member Orientation
Our new member orientation is a great way to become acclimated to our fitness services by learning the best practices of our cardio and strength area.
