Introduction to Strength Program
Our introduction to strength program provides an introduction to strength training and  weightlifting etiquette. This complimentary service is highly recommended for individuals ages 14-15, or to those who are new to lifting. The orientation is conducted by a member of our personal training staff, click here to set up your complimentary session.


New Member Orientation 
Our new member orientation is a great way to become acclimated to our fitness services by learning the best practices of our cardio and strength area.  This orientation includes two complimentary sessions, one introducing cardio and one introducing strength.
