Fill out a Vacation House Check Form and return it to the Police Department administrative offices at 1820 McLaughlin Run Road between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Enter through the main entrance of the Municipal Building and turn right. Completed forms can be returned by mail, or in person. Faxing is also acceptable (412-854-5320). If submitting by mail, make sure that the form arrives at the Police Department by your scheduled departure date.
All completed Right-to-Know forms (excluding Act 22 requests) should be directed to Chief Jonathan Wharton, Upper St. Clair Police Department, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241. Completed forms can be emailed to email@example.com, faxed to 412-854-5320, mailed or dropped off in person.
