Silver Card Program
The Township offers the Silver Card for senior citizen residents of Upper St. Clair. Holders of the card are entitled to play at the Municipal Three-hole Golf Course and obtain an outdoor tennis permit for no charge.
Any resident age 62 and retired or age 65 with no restrictions is eligible for the Silver Card Program. Applications are available at the Community Recreation Center. Proof of age and residency must be submitted at the time of application.
Gold Card Program
The Upper St. Clair School District offers Upper St. Clair Senior Citizens the Gold Card Program. Enjoy drama and musical performances, athletic events and other activities courtesy of the School District.
Residents, 62 years of age or older are eligible for a card. Visit the receptionist desk at the School District administration offices in the Municipal Building to receive your Gold Card.
