Cable TV Board

The Cable TV Board is a review board that holds public hearings as necessary to consider cable rate applications and FCC rate regulations. The Board then makes recommendations to the Township Commissioners regarding cable TV rates and the franchise agreement with the cable TV service provider.

Board members review the applications filed, consider the regulations that apply to rate increases and conduct public meetings on the issues.

The Cable TV Board meets as needed. Each member serves a three year term.
