The Department of Public Works is responsible for the management and supervision of all activities relating to streets, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, trash collection, recycling, leaf waste collection, parks and facility maintenance, building and grounds maintenance, forestry and snow removal.

Old Street Sign Auction
Own a piece of Upper St. Clair history! We are auctioning off the original street signs after federal regulations forced us to upgrade them. The auction begins April 29 at 9:00 a.m. and ends May 23 at 4:00 p.m.

Retire Old Glory

  • A patriotic program established locally in 2009 called “Retire Old Glory” was well received in Upper St. Clair. This program enables you to retire your old American flag properly. There is a collection bin available at the entrance to the Community & Recreation Center.
