Bicycle Registration and Safety Program
for USC Residents
The Upper St. Clair Police Department will sponsor their annual Bicycle Registration and Safety Program for Upper St. Clair residents on Saturday May 8, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Municipal Building rear lot.
Registration includes:
- bicycle inspection
- rider skill course
- repair and traffic safety instruction
- safety videos
Participants receive:
- bicycle license plate
- adhesive reflector strip
- safety pamphlets
- license plate number stamped into frame of bicycle
Each participant will have chances to win a new bicycle, a safety helmet, and other prizes. Complimentary beverages will be provided.
