Library Card Information
Library cards are issued free to residents of Upper St. Clair, Allegheny County and Pennsylvania.
You can register in the library or register online.
Allegheny County residents:
- Cards are issued only with proper identification. A driver's license is preferred. If you have just moved here, you can use a utility bill or lease agreement as proof of address.
- Applications for children, age 18 and under, require a parent or legal guardian signature. Parent or legal guardian must have proper identification and proof of current address. Children's registrations must be signed by parent or legal guardian at the library.
- There is no charge for the initial card. A replacement for a lost card is $1.00.
Pennsylvania residents:
- The Library belongs to ACCESS PA and participates in the Statewide Borrowing Card program.
- Any Pennsylvania resident may obtain a card. To apply, present a home library card with the blue Access PA sticker and another proof of address such as your PA Driver's License.
