TOWNSHIP LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS
The Township of Upper St. Clair is located in southern Allegheny County, about 10 miles south of the City of Pittsburgh.

FROM PITTSBURGH: Take Route 19 South through Mt. Lebanon. After passing South Hills Village Mall on the left, go approximately one mile to the cloverleaf exit at the bottom of the hill. At the stop light at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto McLaughlin Run Road. The Upper St. Clair Municipal Building is located immediately on the left.
FROM THE EAST: Take the Parkway East through the Fort Pitt Tunnels. Take the first exit after the Tunnels to Route 19 South through Mt. Lebanon. You will be on Banksville Road. Continue to the end of Banksville and either bear left and proceed up McFarland Road to reach Route 19 at the Dormont-Mt. Lebanon border. Then follow the directions above for coming from Pittsburgh.
OR Bear right at the end of Banksville and proceed on Beverly Road until it ends, then turn left onto Cochran Road. Continue on Cochran Road past Mt. Lebanon High School to the intersection of Route 19. Turn right onto Route 19, then follow the directions above for coming FROM PITTSBURGH.
FROM THE WEST: Take the Parkway West to the I-79 exit, then proceed south on I-79 to the Bridgeville exit.
FROM THE NORTH: Take I-79 South to the Bridgeville exit.
FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-79 North to the Bridgeville exit. Or take Route 19 North to the USC Cloverleaf. Turn right onto McLaughlin Run Rd. Go through the intersection and the municipal building will be on your left. Turn left into the municipal building complex.
FROM the BRIDGEVILLE EXIT: Turn right at the exit and proceed a short distance to Route 50. Turn left onto Route 50 and follow the Orange Belt through Bridgeville onto McLaughlin Run Road. (You will turn right onto Bower Hill Road once you have passed the Bridgeville business district, then turn right onto McLaughlin Run Road). Travel on McLaughlin Run Road about 3 miles to the Upper St. Clair Municipal Building which will be on your right.
