Township Administrative Offices are open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Check the Township's Holiday Calendar for dates when the offices are closed.

Available for review in the Reception Area of the Township Offices:

• Any document that requires prior public notice

Payments accepted at the Reception Desk for:

• Police Violations (for Township ordinance violations only)

Block Party Requests:

A Block Party Request Form (PDF) should be sent to the Township Manger in advance, stating the date and location of the block party, along with a contact person's name, address and phone number. The Township Manager will grant a letter of permission to the contact and have barricades delivered.

Upper St. Clair Postal Address:

The Township Of Upper St. Clair was assigned a Post Office in the late 1960's and was authorized to use Upper St. Clair as an address. The Township Post Office is a branch of the Pittsburgh Sectional Center.

Many residents are using a Pittsburgh address instead of an Upper St. Clair address. While mail will be delivered with either designation, the Township encourages residents to use the Upper St. Clair address.

The Township government, its residents, and business community have created a positive image and identity for Upper St. Clair. The use of the Upper St. Clair designation will enhance this identity. In addition, statistical data used by businesses and governments are often based on mailing addresses. The accuracy and utility of this data for the Township requires the use of the Upper St. Clair designation rather than the Pittsburgh designation.
