  • Public Hearing Re. 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program

    The proposed 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program of the Township of Upper St. Clair is available for public inspection at the Office of the Township Manager, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.  A summary of the proposed projects is as follows:
