Building and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Meeting

The Building and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board of the Township of Upper St. Clair will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, beginning at 8:30 a.m. or shortly thereafter, in the Board of Commissioners' Meeting Room, Upper St. Clair Township, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania 15241, to reorganize and to consider any other business that may be brought before the Board.

Public Hearing

The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Upper St. Clair will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 5, 2010, beginning at 7:30 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Board of Commissioners' Meeting Room, Upper St. Clair Township, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241, to consider the following:

PLC10-1301 - Amendment to Chapter 130 of the Township Code entitled "Zoning" to Amend the Definition of a Gasoline Station and to add Parking Requirements

A copy of the amendment is available for public inspection at the Township Offices, address above, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Playing Fields Work Group Meetings

Notice is hereby given that meetings of the Playing Fields Work Group of the Township of Upper St. Clair, will be held on the following Fridays at 7:30 a.m. : February 19, 2010; March 19, 2010; April 16, 2010; May 21, 2010; June 25, 2010; July 16, 2010; August 20, 2010; September 17, 2010; October 15, 2010; and November 19, 2010 at the Public Works Building, 1751 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241.
