In addition to the elected Board of Commissioners, the Township has seven appointed Boards or Commissions, comprised of Upper St. Clair residents, which specialize in selected areas of municipal government and serve as advisors. Over 150 meetings and hearings are held annually by the various Boards and Commissions in accordance with their assigned duties and responsibilities. Except for the Parks and Recreation Board which meets in the Library Multi-Purpose Room, all Board meetings are held in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room, unless otherwise noted.

The Township's Boards and Commissions are listed above as links to pages which fully explain their function and authority. A summary list of the members of each board is provided below.

To serve on a board or commission, complete a Talent Bank Form (PDF) which is available from the Township Manager's Office. In the event of a vacancy on a board or commission, the talent bank forms identify residents who are interested in volunteering their time and expertise.
