Township of Upper St. Clair Budget

In accordance with the Township's Home Rule Charter, the Annual Budget for the upcoming fiscal year is prepared each Fall by the Township Manager and submitted to the Board of Commissioners for their review. The Annual Budget period runs from January 1 through December 31.

A summary of the Township Manager's Proposed Annual Budget, along with a notice for a public hearing, is advertised at least two weeks before the budget is presented at the regularly scheduled Commissioners' Meeting in November. During this period, the Budget and Finance Committee also reviews the proposed budget at an advertised meeting which residents can attend. The Commissioners vote on the new budget at their December meeting.

Copies of the budget are available below, in the Reception Area of the Township Building and in the Township Library.
