Staying active during stressful times is more important than ever, so here are a few suggestions to help get you moving.

trails in Gilfillan Park or Boyce Mayview Park.
• Start a Garden
• Ride a bike, scooter, or skateboard.

Though social distancing has drastically changed our physical connection, there are still many ways we can connect to ourselves, each other, and nature.
Disconnect from technology - Turn off the TV, radio, computer, tablet, phone, and spend time cooking, playing a game, or building a puzzle with your family.
Connect to the outside world - Sit on the front porch and talk to the neighbors, video call extended relatives, write a letter, or host a virtual game night.
