Along Fort Couch Road
where the Consol sidewalk ends
This sidewalk will connect to the existing sidewalk along Consol Property, providing walkers and bicyclists with a convenient route to South Hills Village Shopping Center, Cinema Crossgates Plaza, and Norman Center. Fort Couch Middle School and Eisenhower Elementary School would be safely accessed by students within walking distance without concern of travelling near traffic on Fort Couch Road.
