McLaughlin Run Road Corridor Study
The McLaughlin Run Road Corridor is unique and runs through the heart of Upper St. Clair.
There are a variety of land uses along this road that serve the community such as a concentration of civic activities, smaller-scale offices and businesses.
To enhance development and redevelopment opportunities in this corridor the Department of Community Development and a planning consultant, Environmental Planning and Design, have prepared a corridor study.
The initial phase of this study entailed meeting with stakeholders and holding public meetings to reach some consensus on how to draft the future controls for McLaughlin Run Road.
