A Compilation of Commercial Property
in the Township of Upper St. Clair
Revised for 2004, is the new Compilation of Commercial Property. This plan, prepared by the Department of Planning and Community Development, is a comprehensive analysis of all commercially zoned parcels within the Township.
This multifaceted document not only serves as an economic development tool but will also be utilized by the Township in guiding future decisions concerning commercial development in preparation of the 2005 Comprehensive Plan. For commercial developers and businesses, this plan provides the needed information as to land and building availability and includes such attributes as location, size, and environment.
A copy of the 2004 Compilation of Commercial Property is available for review
- in the main lobby of the Township Municipal Building
- at the Reference Desk of the Township's Library
- at the Department of Planning and Community Development.
Copies may also be purchased for $25.00 at the Department of Planning and Community Development in the Township municipal building.
