A Compilation of Commercial Property
in the Township of Upper St. Clair
Revised for 2008, is the new Compilation of Commercial Property. This plan, prepared by the Department of Planning and Community Development, is a comprehensive analysis of all commercially zoned parcels within the Township.
For commercial developers and businesses, this plan provides the needed information as to land and building availability and includes such attributes as location, size, and environment.
A copy of the 2008 Compilation of Commercial Property is also available for review:

- at the Reference Desk of the Township's Library

Copies may be purchased for $25.00 at the Department of Planning and Community Development in the Township municipal building.
