ALARM PERMIT
- Residential - $30
- Nonresidential - $60 per type of alarm
- Police Alarm Panel Connection - $100 per account number
BUILDING PERMIT
- Residential - Additions/Alterations
- $35.00 for first $10,000 estimated value of construction + $4 for each $1,000 or portion thereof over $10,000 + PA State Permit Surcharge
- Residential - New Dwelling
- $35 + $0.28 per sq. ft. of living area, including basements, garages, and finished attics + PA State Permit Surcharge
- PA State Permit Surcharge
- $4.00 per building permit
ELECTRICAL PERMIT
- $55.00 for one residential inspection
- $100.00 for two residential inspections
- New Residential
- $ 100.00 - up to 100 amp service
- $143.00 - up to 200 amp service
- $176.00 - up to 400 amp service
FENCE PERMIT
- $35 for first $10,000 estimated value of construction + $4 for each $1,000 or portion thereof over $10,000 + PA State Permit Surcharge of $4.
GRADING PERMIT
- $85 for the first 1,000 cu. yds. + $25 for each additional 1,000 cu. yds. or portion thereof, based on cut or fill, whichever is greater (additional costs may occur for projects estimated at or above $25,000)
HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT
- $20
SANITARY SEWER (TAP) CONNECTION FEE
- $1,500 + $1,000 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU)
STREET OPENING PERMIT
- $60 (assessed additional fees may apply)
- $80 for invisible fences and lawn sprinkler systems

- No fee if building permit is required except if by Conditional Use, Special Exception or Planned Development (other than Single Family)
