Sheds
A Building Permit and zoning approval are required for all storage sheds, along with construction plans and a copy of the survey with shed location indicated.
- Maximum allowable shed size = 200-sq. ft.
- Footers (36" deep) required for sheds over 100-sq. ft.
- Zoning Districts R-1 and R-2, the shed must be located at least 15' from rear and side lot lines
- Zoning District R-3, the shed must be located at least 15' from rear lot line and at least 10' from side lot line
