Garage Sales
Garage sales may last no more than 3 days and may be held no more than twice a year. No permit is required.
The sale should be confined to the garage, basement or backyard of the property. More than one dwelling unit may participate in a single sale location.
Signs are allowed only on the residential lot of the sale, and may be displayed only on the day of the sale. Two signs are permitted for double frontage and corner lots; all other lots may have one sign. The maximum gross surface area of the sign is 9 square feet with a maximum height 6 feet above ground level. The sign shall be located out of street right-of-way, at least 10 feet from any side lot line and may not obstruct the sidewalk.
