Bids must be sealed and addressed to Matthew R. Serakowski, Township Manager, Township of Upper St. Clair, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241 and must indicate on the outside of the envelope either “2020 ANNUAL CRACK SEALING CONTRACT” or “2020 ANNUAL STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM”.Bids must be received at the Township Office prior to the time noted.

In accordance with Chapter 25 of the Township Code, all bidders must be pre-qualified by the Township by Tuesday, February 4, 2020.Contract documents and specifications (on CD) for the Annual Street Resurfacing Program are available at the Public Works Building at 1751 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241 for $100.00 each.Please call 412.831.9000 Ext. 271 in advance of pickup.Contracts are subject to prevailing wage requirements.No refund for returned documents. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township of Upper St. Clair.Crack Sealing specifications are available at the Public Works Building at no charge.

The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein.
