Upper St. Clair Extends Closures Through April 30

Following Governor Wolf's extension of the stay at home orders throughout the Commonwealth, the Township of Upper St. Clair is extending the closures currently in place for the Community & Recreation Center at Boyce Mayview Park (C&RC) and the Upper St. Clair Library through Thursday, April 30.

As previously reported, C&RC membership fees for the month of April will be waived for all active members. Room rentals at the C&RC and McLaughlin Run Activity Center through April 30 are now canceled, and deposits will be refunded. All recreation department programs and activities are also canceled through April 30. Recreation staff is available to answer questions by phone at 412-221-1099.

The Upper St. Clair Library will not assess fines during the closure. Residents should continue to keep items at home until the library reopens. Access to the library's e-resources remains available. The ability to hold items is temporarily disabled.

Additionally, Upper St. Clair playgrounds and sports courts are closed. This includes, but is not limited to, all playground equipment, tennis courts, basketball courts, outdoor hockey court, volleyball courts, etc. The playgrounds and courts will remain closed until further notice.

Lastly, in a continued effort to minimize the health and safety risk of Upper St. Clair employees and residents, in-person service will remain closed at the Public Works Building, Municipal Building, Tax Office and Community Development Office until further notice. For paper correspondence that would be delivered in person, please use the provided drop box. Regular mail and scheduled deliveries are maintained.

Upper St. Clair staff thanks residents and the community for your patience during this very trying time for everyone.
