The Township of Upper St. Clair is pleased to announce the reopening of the library on Monday, June 22, 2020 and the Community & Recreation Center at Boyce Mayview Park on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
For the safety of visitors and employees, some changes will be in affect. Face masks are required in the library. Tables, chairs and play areas will not be available. Library materials must be returned to the outside book returns. Inside returns will not be accepted. Curbside service is still available for those who do not feel comfortable entering the building. Cleanliness and safety are also top priorities at the Community & Recreation Center. Fitness equipment is spread out on the first and second floors to accommodate social distancing. The gym will be used for group exercise, camps and other programs. Open gym for basketball, pickleball and volleyball will not be immediately available. Group exercise classes begin June 29 and will require reservations. On July 7, the playroom will open by reservation for child care.
Reservations are required for the outdoor pool and indoor lap pool. The indoor leisure pool and spa are closed until further notice. On a first come, first serve basis, the resistance channel will be open for water exercise and water walking. Capacity will be limited to seven individuals.
